hi hi and new assignments!

Hey! Happy Monday! Hope your week is off to an incredible start!

The next three weeks are a bit wild for me. First, I’m heading to London for the coronation on a work trip. Then, from there I’m off to Finland, and then finally, a personal trip with my mom and sister. It’s actually my mom’s first trip since she overcame cancer and it’s to SPAIN!

We’re all really excited to celebrate the occasion and are planning stops in Barcelona, Ibiza, and Madrid. I’d love to connect with hotels, tourism boards, and activities for Barcelona, Ibiza, and Madrid! I do have some corresponding assignments and a lot of pitches sent out. It’s been a bit wild, my mom decided this super randomly, and it all came together last Friday, which is such short notice. But honestly, life is so short and I’m extra thankful that my mom is here and I get to experience this with her. We went to Madrid earlier this year right before she was diagnosed, so going back after she overcame cancer feels incredible.

While I’m super excited about the above, I did have to turn down some opportunities. I feel incredibly grateful for all that’s coming but it can be super hard to manage everything sometimes! I wish I could say yes to everything and I always feel like I’m disappointing someone. In the end, I just feel grateful that I’m given the opportunity to visit incredible places and build meaningful relationships with the incredible people I work with. Truthfully, I feel grateful for every single bit of it and it couldn’t be possible without all of you.

As you know, I’m *always* compiling more international travel pitches and planning trips to new destinations. Currently planning my calendar for June and onward. Do send over any hotel news, destination news, hotel openings, opps, etc. My niche for travel is international travel, luxury travel, and transportation (airlines, cruises, and trains), and they typically intersect within my work and what I cover.
